Unqork, an enterprise software firm offering a no-code platform for insurance companies and financial services, has recently declared that it has attained $22 Mn in a Series A funding round headed by Goldman Sachs Principal Strategic Investments. Reportedly, other investors comprised all original seed round financers and world’s leading fintech provider Broadridge Financial Solutions.
If reports are to be believed, the revenues would be utilized to expedite business growth and fund capacities which further strengthen Unqork’s foremost position in the no-code business space.
According to a press release by Unqork, its no-code platform is reportedly utilized by 17 international financial institutions comprising top insurance carriers, asset managers, and banks, to digitize the whole customer lifecycle.
For the uninitiated, Unqork is one among the fastest growing tech firms, with fifty full-time employees recruited since its inception in 2017 and over fifty percent sequential earnings growth in every quarter of 2018.
Gary Hoberman, Chief Executive Officer, Unqork, reportedly stated that the company has observed rapid growth in the past two years and its no-code platform assists insurers and financial institutions in focusing on their competitive edge rather than creating legacy, hard-coded systems of the future.
Hoberman also stated that the company looks forward to using this investment to respond to amplifying client demand to enhance the self-service ability of its platform and improve its training capacity for partners and clients.
According to Rana Yared, MD, Goldman Sachs Principal Strategic Investments, the evolving nature of insurance companies and financial services needs a fundamental change to the way we organize and operate workflows, and Unqork is a market leader in that field. Yared further elaborated that Unqork’s robust growth strengthens company’s belief in its goal to digitize client lifecycle, and that the company is excited about the future of the team.
According to authentic sources, Unqork has also set up a strong partner network with top consulting firms and cloud providers.
